Founders
John Kerns
Co-Founder
John is the operator behind Zippr. He owns Apparel Embroidery in Chattanooga, Tenn., a decorating business with a 36-year history, so he knows what it costs a shop to juggle customers, quotes, art and production across disconnected tools. Zippr is built by people who run a decorating shop, and every feature starts from that lived shop pain, not market research. John has also managed ISO 17025 accredited laboratory compliance and built businesses across multiple industries.
Daniel LeMay
Technical Co-Founder
Daniel is a senior software engineer who designed Zippr’s architecture from first principles. Zippr isn’t a generic CRM with apparel features bolted on: it’s built around the way decorators actually work, from size-matrix quotes and decoration locations to art approvals, work orders and the production schedule. The quote, the art, the order and the invoice are one record, not five tools stitched together.
